Syvecs S7-Plus Motorsport Wiring Loom
Motorsport-grade ETFE (MIL-W-22759/16) wiring loom engineered specifically for the Syvecs S7-Plus Engine Control Unit.
This wiring loom is designed for builders who require an uncompromising, professional-grade electrical foundation for a Syvecs S7-Plus–controlled engine and vehicle control system. Hand-built using MIL-W-22759/16 motorsport-grade ETFE wire, it is intended for elite-level motorsport and advanced performance applications where heat, vibration, electrical noise, and high system complexity are part of the operating environment.
The Syvecs S7-Plus offers expanded I/O capacity, advanced control strategies, and deep CAN integration, making it suitable for professional-level builds. This loom removes the compromises commonly found in universal or automotive-grade wiring.
Designed Specifically for Syvecs S7-Plus
This loom is pinned exclusively for the Syvecs S7-Plus ECU. Every circuit is allocated correctly for the ECU’s extensive engine management inputs, outputs, power supply, and advanced multi-CAN communications — with no universal pinouts, repurposed circuits, or guesswork.
The result is a clean, predictable wiring system that supports accurate sensor data, stable ECU operation, and seamless integration with complex CAN-based systems including dashes, PDMs, transmission controllers, and data logging.
Built Using Motorsport-Grade ETFE Wire (MIL-W-22759/16)
MIL-W-22759/16 ETFE wire was originally developed for aerospace and military applications and is ideally suited to high-density, high-channel-count motorsport wiring systems.
Key benefits include:
-
Excellent resistance to heat, fuels, oils, and automotive chemicals
-
Thin, lightweight insulation for compact looms despite high I/O density
-
Exceptional durability under vibration and continual movement
-
Reduced risk of insulation degradation over time
This wire is selected for reliability — not cost.
Terminated or Unterminated Options
This Syvecs S7-Plus loom is supplied in an unterminated (flying lead) configuration as standard, allowing complete flexibility for complex engine layouts, sensor arrays, and advanced vehicle system integration.
A pin placement sheet showing wire numbers is available to download to assist with installation.
Custom terminations, wire lengths, advanced I/O allocation, and CAN architecture planning can be discussed prior to ordering if required.
Suitable Applications
This loom is suitable for:
-
Elite-level motorsport and competition vehicles
-
Circuit racing, endurance racing, time attack, and drag racing
-
High-output and highly complex engine management systems
-
Full ECU + PDM + dash vehicle control architectures
-
Professional race teams and specialist motorsport workshops
This is not a vehicle-specific plug-and-play harness. It is intended for advanced custom installations where control, reliability, and electrical integrity are critical.
