This R35 coil bracket kit has been purpose-designed and manufactured specifically for Suzuki Hayabusa engines, providing a dedicated ignition upgrade for high-performance, boosted, and motorsport applications running aftermarket engine management systems.

Designed as a direct mechanical replacement for the factory Hayabusa ignition mounting arrangement, this kit allows the fitment of Genuine Haltech Hitachi R35 GTR ignition coils, delivering significantly increased spark energy, improved ignition stability, and enhanced reliability at high RPM and high cylinder pressures.

⚠️ This coil kit is intended for use with aftermarket ECUs only and is not compatible with the factory Suzuki OEM ECU.
Correct operation requires ECU-level control of ignition dwell and output characteristics suitable for R35 ignition coils.

The bracket is CNC-machined to suit the unique cylinder head and plug layout of Hayabusa engines, ensuring correct coil alignment, plug engagement, and clearance under the fuel tank with no cutting or modification required.

  Custom-length springs are pre-installed inside the stalks for fast installation with no trimming or modification required.

• Fuel Tank Clearance Guaranteed
  Designed to fit cleanly under the factory fuel tank on supported Hayabusa models with no modification required.

• Optional Motorsport-Grade Wiring Harness
  Optional bench-tested ignition harness available, constructed using high-temperature ETFE (M22759/16) wire, OEM-style connectors, correct crimp joins, and glue-lined heat shrink.
  Harnesses are designed for aftermarket ECU ignition outputs only.

• Complete Bolt Kit Included
  Supplied with all required fasteners to mount the ignition coils securely to the bracket.
