Motorsport-grade ETFE (MIL-W-22759/16) wiring loom engineered specifically for the MaxxECU Gen 2 Race Engine Control Unit.

This wiring loom is designed for builders who require a modern, professional-grade electrical foundation for a MaxxECU Gen 2 Race–controlled engine. Hand-built using MIL-W-22759/16 motorsport-grade ETFE wire, it is intended for advanced motorsport and high-performance applications where heat, vibration, electrical noise, and system complexity are part of the operating environment.

As the second-generation Race ECU in the MaxxECU lineup, the Gen 2 Race builds on the proven Race platform with expanded capability and modern integration. This loom removes the compromises commonly found in universal or automotive-grade wiring.


Designed Specifically for MaxxECU Gen 2 Race

This loom is pinned exclusively for the MaxxECU Gen 2 Race ECU. Every circuit is allocated correctly for the ECU’s extensive engine management inputs, outputs, power supply, and high-speed CAN communications — with no universal pinouts, repurposed circuits, or guesswork.

The result is a clean, predictable wiring system that supports accurate sensor data, stable ECU operation, and reliable integration with motorsport peripherals, power management, and CAN-based vehicle systems.


Built Using Motorsport-Grade ETFE Wire (MIL-W-22759/16)

MIL-W-22759/16 ETFE wire was originally developed for aerospace and military applications and is ideally suited to harsh motorsport environments.
