Link G5 Voodoo Neo 4 Motorsport Wiring Loom

Motorsport-grade ETFE (MIL-W-22759/16) wiring loom engineered specifically for the Link G5 Voodoo Neo 4 Engine Control Unit.

This wiring loom is designed for builders who require a modern, professional-grade electrical foundation for a Link G5 Voodoo Neo 4–controlled engine. Hand-built using MIL-W-22759/16 motorsport-grade ETFE wire, it is intended for advanced motorsport and high-performance applications where heat, vibration, electrical noise, and modern vehicle integration are part of the operating environment.

The Link G5 Voodoo Neo 4 represents the next generation of Link ECUs, delivering increased processing power, enhanced CAN capability, and expanded system integration over previous generations. This loom removes the compromises commonly found in universal or automotive-grade wiring.

Designed Specifically for Link G5 Voodoo Neo 4

This loom is pinned exclusively for the Link G5 Voodoo Neo 4 ECU. Every circuit is allocated correctly for the ECU’s engine management inputs, outputs, power supply, and high-speed multi-CAN communications — with no universal pinouts, repurposed circuits, or guesswork.

The result is a clean, predictable wiring system that supports accurate sensor data, stable ECU operation, and seamless integration with modern CAN-based systems including dashes, PDMs, expansion modules, and data logging.

Built Using Motorsport-Grade ETFE Wire (MIL-W-22759/16)

MIL-W-22759/16 ETFE wire was originally developed for aerospace and military applications and is ideally suited to high-density, next-generation motorsport wiring systems.

Key benefits include:

  • Excellent resistance to heat, fuels, oils, and automotive chemicals

  • Thin, lightweight insulation for compact looms despite high I/O density

  • High durability under vibration and continual movement

  • Reduced risk of insulation degradation over time

This wire is selected for reliability — not cost.

Terminated or Unterminated Options

This Link G5 Voodoo Neo 4 loom is supplied in an unterminated (flying lead) configuration as standard, allowing complete flexibility for complex engine layouts, sensor arrays, and advanced vehicle system integration.

A pin placement sheet showing wire numbers is available to download to assist with installation.

Custom terminations, wire lengths, advanced I/O allocation, and multi-CAN architecture planning can be discussed prior to ordering if required.

Suitable Applications

This loom is suitable for:

  • Advanced motorsport and competition vehicles

  • Circuit racing, time attack, endurance racing, and drag racing

  • Modern ECU + PDM–based electrical systems

  • High-output and complex engine management builds

  • Professional race teams and specialist motorsport workshops

This is not a vehicle-specific plug-and-play harness. It is intended for advanced custom installations where control, reliability, and electrical integrity are critical.
