Link AtomX Motorsport Wiring Loom
Motorsport-grade ETFE (MIL-W-22759/16) wiring loom engineered specifically for the Link AtomX Engine Control Unit.
This wiring loom is designed for builders who require a reliable, professional-grade electrical foundation for a Link AtomX–controlled engine. Hand-built using MIL-W-22759/16 motorsport-grade ETFE wire, it is intended for performance street and light motorsport applications where heat, vibration, and electrical noise are part of the operating environment.
The Link AtomX is a compact, cost-effective standalone ECU widely used in performance builds, and this loom removes the compromises commonly found in universal or automotive-grade wiring.
Designed Specifically for Link AtomX
This loom is pinned exclusively for the Link AtomX ECU. Every circuit is allocated correctly for the ECU’s engine management inputs, outputs, power supply, and communications — with no universal pinouts, repurposed circuits, or guesswork.
The result is a clean, predictable wiring system that supports stable ECU operation, accurate sensor data, and long-term reliability.
Built Using Motorsport-Grade ETFE Wire (MIL-W-22759/16)
MIL-W-22759/16 ETFE wire was originally developed for aerospace and military applications and is ideally suited to performance street and entry-level motorsport environments.
Key benefits include:
-
Excellent resistance to heat, fuels, oils, and automotive chemicals
-
Thin, lightweight insulation for compact, tidy looms
-
High durability under vibration and continual movement
-
Reduced risk of insulation degradation over time
This wire is selected for reliability — not cost.
Terminated or Unterminated Options
This Link AtomX loom is supplied in an unterminated (flying lead) configuration as standard, allowing complete flexibility for engine layout, sensor selection, and routing.
A pin placement sheet showing wire numbers is available to download to assist with installation.
Custom terminations, wire lengths, and additional provisions can be discussed prior to ordering if required.
Suitable Applications
This loom is suitable for:
-
Performance street vehicles
-
Engine swaps and custom conversions
-
Track day and club-level motorsport
-
Naturally aspirated and forced induction engines
-
Professional workshops and performance fabricators
This is not a vehicle-specific plug-and-play harness. It is intended for custom installations where control, reliability, and electrical integrity matter.
