Link DI Driver-4 Motorsport Wiring Loom
Motorsport-grade ETFE (MIL-W-22759/16) wiring loom engineered specifically for the Link DI Driver-4 Driver Module.
This wiring loom is designed for builders who require a reliable, professional-grade electrical foundation for a Link DI Driver-4–controlled injector/ignition driver module. Hand-built using MIL-W-22759/16 motorsport-grade ETFE wire, it is intended for high-performance and motorsport applications where heat, vibration, electrical noise, and high switching loads are part of the operating environment.
The Link DI Driver-4 provides four high-current outputs for injector and ignition coil driving, and this loom removes the compromises commonly found in universal or automotive-grade wiring.
Designed Specifically for Link DI Driver-4
This loom is pinned exclusively for the Link DI Driver-4 Module. Every circuit is allocated correctly for the driver module’s high-current outputs, control signals, power supply, and CAN communications — with no universal pinouts, repurposed circuits, or guesswork.
The result is a clean, predictable wiring system that supports reliable high-current switching, stable communications, and long-term electrical durability.
Built Using Motorsport-Grade ETFE Wire (MIL-W-22759/16)
MIL-W-22759/16 ETFE wire was originally developed for aerospace and military applications and is ideally suited to high-current, high-duty motorsport wiring systems.
Key benefits include:
Excellent resistance to heat, fuels, oils, and automotive chemicals
Thin, lightweight insulation for compact, low-bulk looms
High durability under vibration and continual movement
Reduced risk of insulation degradation over time
This wire is selected for reliability — not cost.
Terminated or Unterminated Options
This Link DI Driver-4 loom is supplied in an unterminated (flying lead) configuration as standard, allowing complete flexibility for harness routing, driver placement, and system layout.
A pin placement sheet showing wire numbers is available to download to assist with installation.
Custom terminations, wire lengths, high-current output grouping, and CAN integration provisions can be discussed prior to ordering if required.
Suitable Applications
This loom is suitable for:
Motorsport and competition vehicles
ECU + auxiliary driver modules
High-current injector and ignition driver systems
Circuit racing, drag racing, and time attack
Professional workshops and motorsport fabricators
This is not a vehicle-specific plug-and-play harness. It is intended for custom installations where control, reliability, and electrical integrity matter.
