Shipping & Manufacturing Information

We appreciate your business and are committed to providing clear, accurate delivery timeframes and a high standard of service. As many of our products are precision-built motorsport wiring looms, most items are manufactured to order.

Manufacturing & Order Processing Time

  • Made-to-order products:
    Most wiring looms are built specifically for each order. Typical manufacturing time is up to 2 weeks from order confirmation.

  • In-stock items:
    Where products are held in stock, orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom or modified orders:
    Products requiring custom specifications, variations, or non-standard configurations may require additional manufacturing time. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm lead times.

Please note that manufacturing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping transit times begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (carrier dependent)

Available shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging

All orders are securely packaged to protect components during transit. Wiring looms and high-value items are carefully prepared using appropriate protective materials to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. Estimated shipping charges are shown at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Order status and tracking information can also be accessed through your customer account where applicable.

International Shipping

Hard Wired Motorsports ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country.
